Experts investigating the crash of a Pulkovo Airlines aircraft on 28 July have stated that a faulty stabiliser may have caused the accident.
The Ilyushin Il-86 aircraft, which can carry up to 350 passengers, was carrying 16 crew members to its home base in St Petersburg, Russia when it crashed into woods shortly after takeoff from Moscow.
